Lease a corner

Your shop. Your hours. Our catalogue, classes and training.

Moms, foster homes and craft stores lease a location and run it as their own — a store, an art studio, a wood shop, a workshop, or all four in the same room. You bring the space and the hours. Kimmy's Corner brings the catalogue, the curriculum, the supplier list, the pricing floors and somebody on the phone who has already made the mistake you are about to make.

Say the quiet part first

This is not a downline. Nobody gets paid for signing anybody up.

You earn from classes you actually teach and goods you actually sell. Recruiting another mom into the network pays nothing at signup — a fixed finder's fee is released only after she finishes training and delivers her first paid class to real customers. There is exactly one level of support override, it is tied to that person's delivered classes, and there is nothing underneath it. No inventory loading, no required purchases, no earnings screenshots, no “quit your job” talk.

How outreach funds this

How the money works

You are paid for delivery, and only for delivery.

What you earn

  • 55–70% of collected workshop fees, after refunds, on classes you teach.
  • Retail margin on kits and keepsakes you sell, set by the product's own economics.
  • 10–15% of the net collected sale when you refer a customer to a book, course or kit, after the refund window closes.
  • $100–$250 fixed when a host you brought in completes training and delivers her first paid class. Not at signup. Not for a kit purchase.
  • 5–10% support override on one documented level, tied to that host's paid classes and renewals, in exchange for real training and support work you can evidence.

What corporate keeps

  • 30–45% of workshop fees: curriculum, platform, payment processing, insurance, support.
  • Wholesale margin or a product royalty on physical goods.
  • A 10% outreach reserve out of programme revenue, ledgered separately.
  • Nothing at all from your local venue, your consumables or your own designs.

A worked example, and it is an example, not a promise

One four-session series, twelve paying families at $240 each. Gross collected: $2,880. At a 60% host share after refunds, your gross share is $1,728. Out of that you pay your venue and your consumables. The remaining 40% covers curriculum, platform, processing, support, insurance and the outreach reserve.

That is arithmetic on one hypothetical class, not typical earnings, not expected earnings, and not a forecast. No host may present it as one. Real numbers get published only when there is substantiated data behind them.

What is in the box

Everything except the rent and the hours.

The curriculum

Every class, with leader guides, participant workbooks, materials lists, setup and cleanup checklists, safety guidance and accessible-adaptation notes.

The catalogue

Made-to-order pieces you can sell at host margin, with the pricing floors already worked out: $55/hr labour, 45% margin, then the giving share on top.

The shop kit

Signage, price cards, QR cards, photo and video consent cards, an incident-report card, and the sponsor letter and scholarship-request forms.

The training

Certification, a written safeguarding policy, the two-adult rule, and a named person who answers the phone when something goes sideways in week three.

No machine is resold to you. There is no Cricut in a starter kit, no inventory minimum, and no tool you are required to buy from us. You get a recommended-tools list with the costs written down and the affiliate relationships disclosed.

Applying

What happens after you write in.

A conversation

Twenty minutes about your space, your hours, and what you already know how to make. There is no pitch on this call.

The paperwork

Licence agreement, safeguarding policy, insurance requirement, and the compensation terms in writing. Counsel reviews the template before anyone signs.

Training

Certification, then a supervised first class. You do not teach alone until you have taught once with support.

Open

You are on the host map, your classes are listed, and your outreach allocation starts on day one, not once you are profitable.

Every figure on this page is a planning target. Nothing here is a franchise offer. If the structure becomes a franchise, it will be registered and disclosed properly before a single agreement is signed.
